With a tight deadline, we consulted the many parties involved and provided a comprehensive proposal for Otis’s prestigious new 1,528m² head office premises at Chiswick Park, West London. The £272,000 fit-out, which included the installation of partitioning, furniture and mechanical and electrical services, was completed while satisfying the stringent site requirements.
