One Leicester site; two satisfied clients
For a refurbishment project for Otis, we transformed their four-storey building and customer care centre in Leicester. We worked with this client to provide a design including zones for meeting rooms, open-plan offices, washrooms and rest rooms, to promote teamwork and better use of space – all within their budget. This project included replacement windows on each floor and redecoration of the external rendering.
Following on from this project, Chubb, part of the UTC Group, had the challenge of consolidating one of their existing sites into the Otis Leicester site. Having worked on a number of projects with Otis, we were able to use this experience to provide a design that enabled Chubb to comfortably relocate their staff to the designated areas.
The deadlines were critical but this wasn’t a concern. We were able to complete the works to a high standard in the required timeframe by working closely with our reliable contractors and suppliers.
Otis has a very high standard for health and safety, which we share, and we were able to deliver this project safely and on time to our clients’ satisfaction.
