Newly equipped premises for Chubb Fire & Security
The Luton branch of Chubb, a leading provider of security, fire safety solutions, and monitoring and response services, recently relocated. Accent was commissioned to provide a complete fit out of the ground and first floors of the building, which was built circa 1983.
This involved the installation of a mezzanine, partitioning, glazing, external windows and a specialist racking and storage facility in the attached 10,035 sq ft warehouse. The project was completed ahead of schedule, to the client’s satisfaction. The 40 staff now benefit from a purpose-designed workspace that is modern and appealing, with well-defined areas for both focused tasks and teamwork. The fire and security-related equipment is secured properly through the essential racking and storage facility.
