How long will an office fitout refurbishment take?
This is a difficult question to answer definitively until you know the scope of works for the fitout project, including what materials and products will be specified on the project.
However, an office fitout will typically take anywhere from six to fourteen weeks depending on the size and complexity of the project. To complete larger projects, time frames can extend up to six months to allow for structural works and other light construction elements.
There are also the planning and pre-construction elements of a project to consider for in your time frame allowance. We would also suggest you allow approximately three months to formulate and finalise the drawings and specification and also then approximately one month pre-construction time frame to allow for the project to be mobilised.
