The Building, which had been stripped back to just a shell, was transformed into a new office building through full interior design and fitout. The initial costing for this extensive project exceeded the available budget. We provided a solution in-budget that was delivered two weeks ahead of schedule.

The cladding is a PAROC® insulated panel with Schüco glazing. 
This light and airy reception was designed to portray a quality corporate image.
The combination of porcelain, walnut and glass, enhanced by LED lighting, has an elegant effect.

The concrete staircase uses steel tray treads that were manufactured off-site. It was cast in situ – once the trays were installed, they were filled with concrete. The seamless stainless steel handrails and glass balustrades are a distinctive architectural feature within the atrium.
