Project Overview

Following the successful completion of Phase 1 of the Instarmac office refurbishment, Accent Office Interiors Ltd. was once again appointed to deliver Phases 2 and 3 of the ongoing workplace transformation. These subsequent phases further enhanced Instarmac’s head office, building on the high standards and modern aesthetic established in the initial stage.

Phase 2: Expanding Comfort and Functionality

In Phase 2, Accent focused on upgrading both the visual and functional aspects of the office environment. The scope included:

New furniture installation tailored to Instarmac’s operational needs and brand identity.

Flooring upgrades to unify the workspace and improve durability and aesthetics.

Comprehensive decoration, featuring a refreshed colour scheme to brighten the environment.

Branded wall features and graphics to reflect the company’s culture and values.

A newly upgraded HVAC system, improving air quality and overall office comfort.

Phase 3: Final Enhancements

Phase 3 continued the transformation with a focus on further refinement and consistency across the office spaces. This phase involved:

Additional new furniture and flooring installations, ensuring continuity with previous phases.

Updated decoration, wall features, and graphics to maintain brand cohesion.

Ceiling tile replacements, completing the visual overhaul and contributing to acoustic and lighting improvements.
