Propco engaged with Accent on their journey of growth to design and fitout their new building to accommodate their 2 sister companies, Kaydee Blinds and Sayfa Systems, centrally located in the East Midlands.  A design that promoted collaboration and staff wellbeing was key to the success of the project.

This involved forming a large staff canteen area, gym area, agile working areas and quiet zones.  We’re delighted with the feedback from the client, which detailed an immediate improvement to staff morale and productivity.
